hey people. yesterday was a good day(: like really eventful. :D and happy. so thats good. haha. okay. had dance in the morning from nine to near one. didnt get to do apollo fac dance ugh stupid. nevermind. fac dance tmr :D then went kap with seniors! but it was kinda to see our dear juniorssss <3 chit siyu liping felicia!! oh man miss you all miss you all. though it was only lunch, felt good to see you guys again and talk like how we used to do. shall go back to studio one day very soon. (: after that went town with dance seniors plus some of us. kelvin liuqian nicholas ezra xianhuan jiayuan and me(: (: haha had a hell of a time laughing on the bus to town. whats with all those chinese names oh man :D hahahahah really amusing. i have such wonderful funny and fabulous seniors man! :D were supposed to watch a movie but it's at 520 and i have stj at 530 so cant make it ): ): ahh. then roamed ard cine with them for a while haha went into shops and everything. haha all in all it was a very very very fun time with them! :D played bridge with nicholas kelvin xianhuan jiayuan hahaaa at the coke red lounge. some very bad cards we've got there haha. it was really fun to just stone ard play or simply talk nonsense with all of them haha. shld really have mad stj someday hahahahah (: (: next they went off for their movie then i changed and went to meet my class for stj (seniors treat juniosrs) at glasshouse fish&co! it's a really beautiful place. opposite plaza singapuraa. we were playing indian poker with the seniors after that haha they tried to manipulate the cards la lol luckily engenia caught them hahaha :D oya the service was fast and the food was GOOD. speaking of that, look at the bills below man. add the both of them up!
i dont really remember but it was something like $1090 plus bucks! omg we were all feeling damn guilty after that. seniors had to fork out so much money! then took some class photos outside fish&co then uh went off to this place they call the Purple Light District. look up and it'll feel like you are looking at purple stars(: it's very pretty hee played murderer with senior class underneath the "purple stars". went off at ard ten. tomorrow's campfire marks the end of our J1 orientation. i'm really very sad. it's that kinda feeling, you dont want it to come, cause you dont want it to end. they say enjoy yourself to the fullest and remember it for the rest of your life. this is damn depressing. i dont want things to end. i want happy stuff to stay on and exist forever. these few days since school reopened, have probably been the most memorable and the bestt days of my life man. some people may not agree, they say they dont like the hwachong culture, then i must say i like the hwachong culture then. cause i have really enjoyed myself so damn much. these few days, through so many events so many activities, i've learnt so much. i've changed, in terms of my thinking and everything. i've made many new friends from all the other schools. i found much sense of unity and sense of belongling to apollo, the best fac ever. i've grew to live with different people and stay happy that way. i've grew to really enjoy my class as best as i could. i never thought i would ever feel like this. i think it's so amazing how you can meet people you've never met before in your whole entire life and talk on so well and feel so much of close bonds. maybe it's simply cause you know we all belong to the big hwachong family. it's like withdrawal symptoms, whats weird is i'm not like leaving hwachong now but if you know what withdrawal symptoms are, you should know it feels really terrible. you dont even feel like talking. cause like no one will ever understand how you feel. i've learnt how to enjoy things and ... for the past seven days, i must say i was really really really really really REALLY happy. i never thought i could be so high spirited until this whole thing. i never knew i could be so happy. i really want time to stop now and i'm feeling rather frustrated that i cant do anything to stop it and there is simply nothing nothing nothing i can do about it. there are just sooo many things the hwachong spirit can do. and i'm so proud to say i have indeed experienced it for myself. that kinda overwhelming feeling you can get no where else. all i can say is that i'm so glad i'm a part of the hwachong family. and i'm so damn proud of apollo. tomorrow night shall be the best night of my life. i love hwachong <3

today we had faculty dance session! oh man apollo fac dance is damn zai. :D :D :D APOLLO! (: okay(: then we had time to discuss our class item for our campfire night. i like my class! 07S79! <3 haha lets hope it stays this way. cause we're like all trying our bestt to be enthu and thats very good. like people will take initiative to design the class flag and everything, and plan for our class item together. and it's very nice to talk to them(: i never really felt so united (in a way) as a class before. like 403 was really united. and everything will be damn stoned and yeah you know. oh man 07S79!! :D haha then had wet weather amazing race. which was rather boring since everyone is tired out and everything. but still as a class we managed to complete all the stations! can tell that although people are really tired, everyone is trying their best so i'm very glad heehee(: so amazing race which was like damn boring, we made it alright in the end. at least i thought so la. with positive thinking man. okaaay i should shuddup about this but positive thinking does wonders(: anyway after that went to beauty world with some of my classmates to buy cloth for our class flag! :D like this is what i mean by saying i can feel that we really care for the class and i lovee it (: i just hope it will stay this way. 07S79 ALL THE WAY!

WHEE I LOVE HWACHONG :D i think this is the first ever time i think i ever appreciated a school's history, its building and its structure, and stuffff like SO MUCHH. YEAH. i totally like the hwachong culture(: seriously i am SO GLAD i am in hwachong. and i love og12! although we are nt very enthu and we did nt really win much (haha) but it was good fun with you people! :D og dinner today at kap was funnn haha although not everyone was there and many didnt stay with us till ten pm(: we stayed till 10pm okay! (: we had fun talking and taking photos and stufffff(: had our classes list out today. i belong to 07S79!! :D APOLLO! YAYYYYY :D :D :D and im super happy wanteng and anyi are in the same faculty as me! APOLLO GONNA TRASH THE REST AT WAR GAMES OKAY! :D CHAMPION OF THE INAUGURAL FACULTY SHIELD :D :D AND WE HAVE TOTALLY COOL FACULTY HEADS AND PRETTY FACULTY SHIRTSS(: OKAY i changed from 7C to 79 and i'm so glad. 7C is ares and i was like stoning the whole night away when i knew it. then after ward after talking to many many people i kinda got over it. i even talked to my lil 9yr old cousin who probably did nt even understand what im talking about, but he was like trying to cheerr me up and said that maybe the teachers will change the classes ard again. that time i didnt thought it was possible but i listened to him and wow it really did. (: anyway, i was thinking ares then. i wouldnt mind ares seriously after thinking about it. but apollo and 07S79 came as a very pleasant surprise :D 07S79!
i think i am like seeing results of my hmm, POSITIVE THINKING. :D haha cause now i really like dance song and cheer sessions and i really do enjoy them a whole lot. while most people will be like stoning and stuff, i am really happy when we're singing dancing or cheering out to hwachong. positive attitude really does wonders. haha it's one of those things you always hear people say and you know it's true but you never do them. now something else i need to learn is to be nice to strangers in my new class, quite difficult but gonna try! and im really happy i've learnt to think positive!! it will make everything so much more enjoyable and happier and everything(:
these few days have been really very tiring and everything. like i got alot of things to say but have been too tired to blog the past few days. but i dont want this fantastic few days to be like, unremembered and stuff so here am i(: and i want to spread my joyyyy HAHA and i've got alot of things to say, so much to express but i'm tired to think so i want to go and sleep hahahah it's tiring! but it's really super good fun and a fantastic experience i think i'll experience at no other places. it finally feels like i'm now living out my life to the fullesttt! :D WHEE I LOVE HWACHONG! <3
today is the second day of orientation at hwachong!! :D haha okay so now im a hwachongian.(: what we did hmm actually just alot alot of academic briefings to like tell us more about each subject so we can like choose our subject combi more wisely that kinda thing. and we had those academic briefings one whole morning yesterday and today too and i think tmr. haha. it was kinda boring, people fell asleep and all. but i guess it was alright la(: yesterday was reallly freaky haha like the first day over there. felt sooo weird. then the night before i was so scared i couldnt sleep, just laid on the bed flipping here and there for like almost two hours. when i finally fell asleep the alarm clock kinda rang so i was like, OKAY LET'S GO TO SCHOOL NOW. then first day of school, JAM. got down at nanyang with jiayi and bunny and walked (jiayi says RAN) to hwachong. haha didnt know our way but managed(: oh yeah then for both afternoons we did mass dance, learnt songs, cheeredddd :D OKAY IT WAS GOOD FUN. haha i belong to og12 and my ogl is the vice president of the 33rd students council! (: he is really nice haha like, brought sandals for me cause i dont have hahaha i dont think i will do that. (: okay so he is nice. then oh we learnt like four mass dances alrdy, last one thats left is to the song wild wild west :D haha different steps though of course but haha that is a nice song. mass dances are with a guy partner and that feels kinda weird too but okay after a while i guess. jiayi lucky you!!! AHHHH. LUCKY LUCKY GIRL AND LUCKY HIMM(: HAHAHAH. OKAY today didnt really danced much cause all nanyang ip girls had to go take measurements for their hwachong uniform hmm! and something random, the hwachong college side canteen food isnt really that bad it's quite nice actually like i dont really see any difference. then everyone was like saying only the high school side has got nice food. NOT TRUE. HAHA hahaa oh yah we learnt quite a couple of college songs! like the lyrics i posted above actually belongs to this hwachong college song called 我要唱一首华初的歌 :D it's pretty nice! alot of the songs are very touching and everything (:
okay so all in all. HWACHONG IS FUN! :D can really feel the hwachong spirit sometimes even though it's only the second day. the hwachong spirit is really easily hyped up, and thats GOOD. everyone will cheer on, cheer their heart out to hwachong and it feels really great. something i experienced during the MAD dance camp. i'm so going to treasure that. but i know for one thing that these two years are going to like completely FLYYY by that i wont even have time to think. like there's only this J1 year to enjoy, after that gotta mug hard for the A levels which are like, omg. so basically i only have one year. i gotta make the bestt out of it. im really like taking and facing everything positively now. i'm so glad i've managed to learn how to do that. and im happy! (: actually like singing those sad college songs now i actually feel kinda sad. somehow like im actually already leaving when it's only orientation. cause i know everything here is going to be so fun so different so enjoyable so so so memorable that i wont want to leave. and one year feels reallllyy fast though i haven even experienced yet. AYYY SOMEBODY TELL ME YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT. i also dontknow how i will feel this way. maybe it's all those talks by principals seniors councillors and videos and stuffffff. aaaah. okay. i have soo much to say but i just dontknow how to say it. anyway, haha okay proud to be a hwachongian (:

** the time up there is screwedd haha it's actually the 1st of jan 2007! 12 plus :D
it's a new year, a new beginning. wish everyone a really blessed and good year ahead. (: to my fellow friends and dancers, we'll survive JC life together! <3 juniors, enjoy your time in nanyang and in dance. cause you will really miss it. and miss us too! :D
i was chatting to jiayuan online just a few seconds before 2006 ended and hmm! we were saying yeah we'll miss 2006 quite a fair bit. it has been a rather good year compared to the rest. first of all there was the all memorable and significant dance event hfos like who in nanyang modern dance can ever forget. then there's school and stuff. mugging for eoys, complains, quarrels, stress. struggles to reach that 65% passing mark to cross the bridge. alot of stuff la really. and through it all, we forged stronger friendships, overcoming all of it together. i remember before i came into nanyang i was a total admirer of it all. the school, the building, the uniform, even the school socks with NYGH on it. i dreamt of stepping into the school compund on the first day of school and it felt so nice. i had the urge to cry when i first saw myself in the nanyang hongzi. i thought to myself, wow my dream had come true. but it werent all (: for the past four years, i met some of life's most beautiful people. i have fantastic dancemates, i have fabulous friends. and really really wonderful juniors. and i found something that i really love: dance. and through dance i found even more amazing things. passion, and mr raj's all important life lessons and whatnots. i've failed i've cried, sec3 was a especially tough year, starting sec4 was all about daoing mrs see and looking cool as the seniors of the school. in the end sec4 was about friends dance teachers trying out new stuff finding out more about yourself and the way we make our inner self shine (: it was always a love-hate relationship with the school, but after everything we will all realise we will love it more dont we(: today cheryl asked us a question, "if time were to reverse will you still choose nanyang!" haha i know it's a rather hmm question haha but i thought it meant quite alot when all of us said, "definitely yes." :D
no doubt i will be missing the days of 2006, since after all through it i have learnt the most things and made some of my most wonderful friends. but i will still be looking forward to whats happening this year, 2007 when things will change and all, but we were taught to embrace change, weren't we? (:
i've got a few new year 2007 wishes. of course, one is to like do well in hwachong. and i reallllyy want to do well for dance too. i will try my very best, and if on some days i just feel like slacking please knock some sense into me. and haha i want to have a fun orientation, before starting on school and work and stuff. and i want to have a good class. i want to enjoy JC life. i want my most desired faculty. haha and jiayuan jiayi and huitian will know what it means. chanting club!! :D
